Government Acquisitions, Inc. (GAI) is pleased to announce that we have been awarded two NASA SEWP V GWAC contract vehicles.
NASA SEWP V provides the latest in information technology products and will be able to deliver a whole new spectrum of products and services both on-site and in the cloud. All Federal agencies can place orders through these Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
NASA SEWP V Contract
Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP, pronounced ‘soup’), is a multi-award GWAC vehicle focused on IT products and product based services. As such, contract users must adhere to the SEWP V Fair Opportunity Clause, described in detail under FAR Part 16.505(b), Orders Under Multiple-Award Contracts. SEWP V offers a wide range of advanced technology including tablets, desktops and servers; IT peripherals; network equipment; storage systems; security tools; software products; cloud based services; video conferencing systems and other IT and Audio-Visual products. Product based services such as installation, training, maintenance and warranty are also available through SEWP. As an OMB authorized GWAC, the SEWP contracts are utilized by all Federal Agencies and help Government agencies meet small business and SDVOSB contracting goals.

Surcharge
SEWP offers low prices (generally below GSA schedule prices), the lowest surcharge and the easiest and fastest ordering procedure using pre-competed contracts. As of October 1, 2020, the SEWP surcharge for all orders is 0.34%. The fee is included in the price of all products and is not separately listed on quotes. It is the Contract Holder’s responsibility to pay the fee from their quoted product prices.
Contract Effective Dates
All SEWP V Contracts have an effective ordering Period of May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2025. The base contracts were awarded for 5 years with one 5 year option year for a total of 10 years. Each Contract has a $20 Billion contract limit.
